I am here on the other side of the world missing you all, but never the less enjoying my life here in Kiwiland. My kiwideer, Ben and I wish you a Merry Xmas and all the best for a Happy New Year 2008!!!
Kiwi birds are actually hard to spot in this country. But this morning I was sooo lucky to actually see this tiny bird on my terrace and on top of it a disguised one! Reindeers can't stand the summer weather here in NZ, so the kiwi birds have decided unanimously to dress up as reindeers and try to do the job just as well. Only if you look close enough at the pictures you might notice the difference! The costume is pretty accurate, huh?
